The scope of any rights ultimately granted will be defined by the claims, as allowed and granted, of the published patent. Pending status does not by itself confer enforceable infringement rights; however, post-grant rights may be asserted retrospectively from the date of publication, in accordance with applicable law.
4. No Implied Licence
Nothing on the Service or in any Palm Technologies marketing material grants, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence under any patent, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other intellectual-property right of Palm Technologies. All rights are expressly reserved.
5. Confidentiality of Technical Detail
Technical evaluation, integration support, datasheets, and reference designs are provided exclusively under a written non-disclosure agreement and only to qualified counterparties — including enterprises, public-sector undertakings, government bodies, and defence organisations.
6. Marking
Where required by law or contract, OrbitQops products and packaging are marked with appropriate patent and trademark notices, including "Patent Pending — India" and the relevant trademark symbols.
7. Reporting Suspected Infringement
If you believe that any third party is infringing Palm Technologies' intellectual-property rights, please contact us at support@orbitqops.com with sufficient detail to permit a preliminary investigation. We will respond promptly to bona fide reports.
